The Buyer is the individual placing the order.

Ordering
Once the Buyer has completed the order, an order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer's email address. The confirmation will contain information about the product(s), price, payment method, and delivery address.

If there are any errors in the order confirmation, the Buyer should contact the Seller.

Delivery Time
The Seller's standard delivery time is 6-12 working days. Fixed shipping cost is 0 USD, regardless of the number of products ordered.

In the case of delayed delivery (without the Seller having informed about a longer delivery time), the Buyer can contact.

Prices
Prices, as listed in the online store, are in American dollar (USD) and include value-added tax.

Information about the total costs the Buyer is to pay, including product(s) and delivery costs, is provided in the ordering solution before the order is placed.

Examination of the Goods
Upon receiving the goods, it is recommended that the Buyer reasonably examines whether they conform to the order, if they have been damaged during transportation, or if they otherwise have defects. If the goods do not conform to the order or have defects, the Buyer must notify the Seller through a complaint.

Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase of the goods according to the provisions of the Norwegian Consumer Rights Act. Withdrawal entails that the Buyer, without reason, can return the goods to the Seller even if there is no defect in them and even if they have not been delivered. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the use of the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The notification from the Buyer to the Seller regarding the use of the right of withdrawal should preferably be in writing for evidential purposes.

When using the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the Seller within a reasonable time. The Seller is obligated to refund the entire purchase amount to the Buyer within 14 days from the day the Seller receives the goods. The Seller cannot impose fees for the Buyer's use of the right of withdrawal. The Buyer can examine the product before deciding to withdraw from the purchase.

Defects in the Goods – Buyer's Rights and Complaint Deadline
If there is a defect in the goods, the Buyer must notify the Seller within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered. The Buyer has always complained in time if it occurs within 2 months from when the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made up to two years after the Buyer acquired the goods. If the goods or parts of them are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint deadline is five years.

If the goods have a defect and this is not due to the Buyer or circumstances on the Buyer's side, the Buyer may, according to the rules in the Norwegian Consumer Rights Act Chapter 6, under the circumstances, withhold the purchase amount, choose between rectification and replacement, demand a price reduction, demand the agreement be terminated, and/or demand compensation from the Seller.

Complaints to the Seller should be made in writing.

Rectification or Replacement
The Buyer can choose between demanding the defect be rectified or delivery of an equivalent item. However, the Seller can oppose the Buyer's demand if carrying it out is impossible or causes the Seller unreasonable costs. Rectification or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable time. In principle, the Seller is not entitled to carry out more than two attempts at rectification for the same defect.

Price Reduction
The Buyer may demand an appropriate price reduction if the goods are not rectified or replaced. This means that the ratio between the reduced and agreed price corresponds to the ratio between the value of the goods in defective and contractual condition. If there are special reasons for it, the price reduction may instead be set equal to the significance of the defect for the Buyer.

Termination
If the goods are not rectified or replaced, the Buyer may also terminate the purchase when the defect is not insignificant.

Personal Data
Unless the Buyer consents otherwise, the Seller may only collect and store the personal data necessary for the Seller to fulfill the obligations under the agreement. The Buyer's personal data shall only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the Seller to fulfill the agreement with the Buyer or in cases required by law. The Seller may only collect the Buyer's social security number if there is a legitimate need for secure identification and such collection is necessary.

The Buyer should be able to easily contact the Seller, for example, by phone or email if he or she has questions about the Seller's use of personal data or if he or she wishes the Seller to delete or change the personal information.

Payment
The purchase amount can be settled by the Buyer's choice through bank or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or Paypal.

Reservations
The Seller reserves the right to errors and any price changes. Images used on our pages are illustrative and may differ from the actual appearance of the product.

By consenting to electro-avenue SMS marketing at checkout and completing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription services, you agree to receive recurring text messages (for your order, including reminders of abandoned carts), offers of text marketing, and transactional text messages, including requests for feedback from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do not call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent by us, or use the unsubscribe link we have provided you in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods to terminate the subscription, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable method to end the subscription. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all message and data rates charged by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We reserve the right to change the phone number or shortcode we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified of such occurrences. You consent that any messages you send to a phone number or shortcode we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected deliveries of information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you may take or fail to take in reliance on the information or the service.
