Return Policy

Return of Goods If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it to us and get a refund. You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the product, after this date, it is not possible to return the product.

How to make a return:

1. Notify our customer service at hi@electro-avenue.com of your return.
2. We will send you a confirmation and instructions via email.
3. Return shipping is covered by the buyer.
4. You will receive a refund no later than 14 days after we have received the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a saleable condition, i.e., the item must be returned in its original packaging, and the product cannot have aesthetic or functional damage. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can find a good solution to the problem as quickly as possible.

Products in Damaged Condition

If the item has been used more than necessary to determine its characteristics and functions, we reserve the right to make a price reduction equivalent to the loss of value that has occurred in connection with the handling of the item. The loss of value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The item must be returned in the condition it was received.

Unclaimed Packages

Your shipment normally stays at the post office for 7 days. If you do not pick up the package within these days or refuse to pick it up, it will be returned to us. We will then charge you an handling fee and return shipping cost, which is currently $29 USD.
